Masters Hall Accommodation and Conference Centre

Our unique venue with its rustic charm, has everything you need in one location: landscaped gardens for the ceremony (with a back-up conference room if you need an indoor venue), picturesque settings for a lifetime of photographic memories,  a  reception hall that can comfortably seat 70 - 75 guests or up to 100 in a less formal arrangement, onsite accommodation for up to 100 people, assorted wedding decor, and a variety of  flexible options to suit your budget, and requirements.

At Masters Hall, we can help you create a relaxed and unique wedding, assisting you to organise your special day the way you dreamed it would be, and making it an event you'll never forget. We  offer innovative wedding solutions that will ensure your wedding plans become less overwhelming and as stress-free as possible.

We believe each wedding is individual, and should be a reflection of your personality, enthusiasm, and imagination. Therefore, each wedding is handcrafted and tailor-made to suit your circumstances. We are happy to be involved as much, or as little as you choose.

Some of the wedding packages are as follows:

Option 1        Total package $1,895.00

This includes Masters Hall setting up all decorations, and packing them away afterward.

It also includes hire of the dining hall, main kitchen, and side room for serving food, as well as:

CEREMONY:

  • Ceremony in the gardens (or inside dependent on weather)

  • Wedding archway (decorated)

  • Decorated shepherd’s crooks for aisle

  • Table and seating for the bridal couple to sign the register

  • Garden chairs set out for the guests (with white organza bows / or plain)

RECEPTION

  • 6m x 3m curtain lights / 6m x 3m organza curtain (white)

  • Overhead fairy lights

  • Hanging flower chandeliers

  • Table cloths (white, black, or navy blue, or without table clothes on rustic wooden tables)

  • Table skirt for bridal table (white only)

  • Chiavari chairs or

  • Chair covers (white, black, navy blue, or cream/gold))

  • Chair sashes (in your colour scheme)

  • Plates / cutlery (all matching)

  • Wine glasses / water glasses / champagne flutes

  • Carafes or jugs for juice or water

  • Drink dispensers

  • Stainless steel platters, bowls, serving dishes, and utensils

  • Vases

  • Flower stands

  • Candle holders and LED tea light candles

  • Candelabra

  • LED wax candles

  • Wedding bunting (lace and hessian)

  • Wedding bunting (lace and hessian)

  • Table flower arrangements (artificial flowers)

  • Easels / blackboards

  • Wedding signs

  • Drinks tubs / ice buckets

  • Wishing well / Bird cage

  • Various other decorations to match your colour scheme

We have other wedding items, which might also be suitable depending on your theme or colour scheme, such as suitcases, trunks, mirrors for centre pieces, boutique mirror for photos of bride getting ready, artificial flowers etc

Option 2       Total Package  $1395.00

Is the same package as Option 1, where all of the decorative items are provided by Masters Hall, but you would be responsible for setting up all of the decorations, and packing them away afterward.

Option 3        Total Package $700

Is to hire the dining hall and kitchen (to decorate yourself with your own items), plus have the wedding ceremony in the grounds (or inside depending on the weather) (to set up yourself)

  • All plates, cutlery, glasses etc are provided

  • Tables and chairs are provided

 

You are welcome to bring in your own caterers, and to provide your own alcohol for the wedding.

We can comfortably seat 75 people for the reception, or if your wedding is expected to be larger, we do sometimes allow people to erect a marquee on the grounds, subject to council regulations.

 

With accommodation on site, it is an ideal venue for special occasion and family functions, as everything is on the one site, and family and friends can all be together, rather than being spread over several accommodation facilities. It also means that guests don't have to worry about drinking and driving. There are many places for photos both on site, and very close by.

We also have a registered marriage celebrant on site if you need one, who is happy to perform your wedding ceremony at no extra charge if your wedding is booked at Masters Hall.

We have a wedding showroom onsite, and are happy to show you the venue and wedding items available - by appointment only.
